I was there for a psychic event with my partner (the tarot reader), so being lunchtime, decided to indulge in a cheeseburger and fries. What a perfect choice. The fries were perfect - literally, the burger was easily amongst the best burgers I've ever had in my 50 odd years. Couldn't recommend enough. Have to try the Greek cuisine the next time I'm here.
Smashin pub with Bar, lounge, and outdoor beer garden fully equipped with seating, tables and stage for live entertainment . Hard working staff.....lots of good bands, Karaoke and solo artists. Called in during a recent benefit evening for one of their own and it was packed with lots of people contributing in s very positive way well done all.
Amazing atmosphere.We had the most amazing food from Evi's kitchen the polish food was the best I have ever eaten. My grandmother was polish and my mum German and used to make the best potato pancakes ever. Well this experience was as good. Thanks Evi for your amazing food . I will be back . Wish I had taken more pictures. Fantastic sized portions I got to take half home for a delicious reheated supper. Fantastic value for money. Many thanks XXX
Great dog friendly pub with large beer garden. They do great food as well. Service was very good. Will definitely be back.
great wee pub, been to several functions here now and always had a good experience. Newly refurbished throughout, bar area, function suite and been garden area with outdoor stage area for live entertainment. inexpensive bar and very attentive staff. regular entertainment nights run such as tributes, karaoke nights etc. thoroughly recommend for a night out or to book for a party venue. x
Inside the pub, The Eagle Inn, you can find excellent European cuisine as the most authentic dishes at home. Everything is perfectly prepared and made of good products, so at times it seems that this is not a pub in Scotland, but one of the European home-made restaurants. Tasty, inexpensive and prepared with care and respect for the customer and you can feel it. I recommend it to all who want to try good home cooking. It's really worth visiting or ordering home delivery. Well done.
Had my daughter’s 21st Birthday on Fri evening. The Eagle Inn provided everything we could have needed to make it stress free. The private function room with exclusive access to the beer garden was fantastic especially since it was a really warm night. Angelika from AJF party decorations made the function room beautiful and Evi’s kitchen provided a great buffet. The bar staff were fantastic and really helpful. And finally.... Jim Shanks!! The DJ!! He was fantastic!! Had the dance floor jumping and even got us singing on the karaoke. It was a night to remember. I’ll certainly use the function suite again! Brilliant!! Thank you.
We went to have some food. It's was very nice. Good size portion, even I couldn't eat it all. Freshly done. Great value for money. Service good. Recommend
